Please disclose TERMS

I "paid" $2.99 for this app and when I went to add more cards it wants me to pay "again".REALLY, where in the print anywhere does it state thier is a limiton the number of cards you can put in? Your "PRO" app is $2.99 as well.... it apparently is unlimted for storing cards. So, why the hell do I need to pay more? I have a problem with deception here. You need to be very clear to a consumer when tey purchased what they are getting for the money and I still do not understand if the price is the same why this app requires additional payment. I would hope the developer will reach out and explain it to me.
